Q: Will I receive a tracking code for my order?

A: We do not automatically send out tracking codes for every order. If you would like to receive a tracking code for your package, please email us at

*PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee tracking codes for  packages. However, we can send you a copy of the delivery updates that we receive from our manufacturer if we have received them. Rest assured, your package is on its way unless we reach out to you telling you otherwise. 


Q: Can I return or exchange my product?

A: Refunds will only be warranted if a mistake has been made from us. Please email us at and let us know what the problem is. Please provide as much information as possible about your issue. If there is a specific defect to your product, please attach a photo of the issue. We will then review your order and product, and decide whether the situation warrants a refund. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are left up to our judgement. Additionally, we will not refund products that do not fit the way customers desire.

 Q: You made a mistake on my order

A: If this happens, please email us at and we’ll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a picture of our error so we can verify the mistake.

 Q: I just ordered and now I want a refund what do I do? 

A: Please contact us as fast as you can however it is not our fault that you ordered it and then right after expect a refund. The problem was not due to our fault so if one of our representatives is able to assist you they will however if we do not see your message and process the order that is not our fault. The charge of a refund for this situation is a 10% restocking fee.

Q: I ordered in the wrong size/color! What do I do?

A: Please contact us as fast as you can! If we do not see your message before your order is processed it is not our fault! It is your responsibility as the customer to know what you are buying as it is clearly stated before purchasing!

Q: I ordered multiple items at one time, why am I receiving them separately?

A: RoseMoon Jewelry works with multiple manufacturers in a variety of locations around the world. Therefore, if you order multiple products they are most likely not from the same supplier. Shipping your products separately allows your items to be delivered faster than if they were grouped.

 Q: I accidentally typed in my address wrong! Can I change it?

A: RoseMoon Jewelry is not responsible for customer mistakes. If your order has not been processed and/or shipped we can change it for you. If we have already completed your order we will not be able to refund you as the mistake was not from our end.

Q: How long will shipping take?

A: RoseMoon Jewelry has many manufacturers across the globe. Additionally, we offer free shipping on the majority of our products. Because of this, our shipping can take longer than the average package. This is to provide you with the best possible prices.

Q: Can I get a refund while my package is in transit?

A: We cannot refund you while your package is transit. What we can do is once you recieve it you can return it to us and we will refund you once it reaches back to our closest collection spot! The reasonings on why we can't perform this action while it is in transit is because we do not want to be giving out free product. 


Q: How do I care for my jewelry?

A: When caring for jewelry please use a regular clean/dry towel to remove oils or other leftover material that may be stuck on the jewelry. We highly recommend not wearing the jewelry in chlorine pools or in any water as it heavily affects the lifespan of the product.

Q: What is the last day to order jewelry in order to get it by Valentines day?

A: We do recommend buying atleast two weeks in advance since our processing can take up to 5 days! We are not responsible for packages being delivered after the day of your choosing if you order too late.
